Is the talk about legalizing Marijuana just all hype?
Recently California’s governer Arnold Schwarzenegger said that it was time to talk and look at what other countries especially in Europe are doing. Its has just only been released today that Dutch coffee shops over the years have been dlcining through their closures by government. The UK has already re-graded Cannabis from a class C back to class B so all the evidence points to marijuana not being legalized and governers and politians simply leading the masses on to pass some time.
Most importantly in the US some states have already legalized marijuana for medical purposes and then it only leaves it to be legalized ofr the receationalists…. is an income based on recreational marijuana tax for a state such as California really going to cut it with the rest of the world?
Schwarzenegger and Obama have already dismissed this idea of legalzing for the sake of paying off state debts so that leave no other reason to successfully legalize the substance.
