Paris Hilton arrested in South Africa during the Worldcup for marijuana charges but case later dropped
Paris Hilton briefly appeared in a South African courtroom where charges of possession of marijuana were dropped. She was arrested at the World Cup game between Brazil and the Netherlands. (July 2)
Just imagine what would have happened if it was a non celebrity that was caught with marijuana, would the South African court have dropped the charges for them too?
